We generally ship all orders on the next 48/72 hours after receiving it from you. It may take 24 to 72 hoursto reach you in the European Union depending on where we ship it to. For the rest of the world, it may take a little longer but usually it's just a few extra days.

- How are your vinyl products cleaned?
Clean only with water, do not use aggressive products.
VINYL RUGS
What material are rugs made of and how thick are they?
Our rugs are made of 2.8mm thick vinyl. They are printed with ecological, water-based inks.
As a finish, two treatments are applied, the protecsol treatment that facilitates cleaning and the sanosol treatment that prevents the development of microbes.
Properties
Apart from being decorative, they are anti-allergic, non-slip, waterproof, fire retardant, free of phthalates and very resistant. They also insulate from the cold, protect from scratches and absorb shocks.
Do they have to be fixed to the ground?
No! They are non-slip and do not need installation, you just have to unroll and go!
How are they cleaned?
They can be scrubbed or cleaned with a cloth or mop and water. Never use abrasive products.
What stays are they suitable for?
They are suitable for all types of rooms, dining room, bedroom, hallway, children's room, bathrooms ...
For the children's room we have a SPECIAL KIDS collection with fun shapes and games. They are completely safe as they are free of phthalates and are flame retardant.
Are they suitable if you have pets?
They are perfect for houses with pets since they do not accumulate hair and are easy to clean. And, as we have said, they are anti-allergic and waterproof.
Are they suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes, they are suitable for this type of floor.
They withstand high temperatures well, acts as a thermal insulator, both for cold and heat and they are also fire retardant, preventing the spread of fire.

They have the same properties as vinyl rugs. They are table-friendly as they are phthalate-free.
ADHESIVE STICKERS
What material are they made of and how thick are they?
The stickers are made of self-adhesive ecological vinyl. They are digitally printed and the thickness is 0.3mm.
Properties
Self-adhesive, water-resistant, and fire-retardant material. Leaves no residue when peeled off.
How are they placed and on what surfaces?
They are self-adhesive, you just have to remove the back paper and stick them on the chosen surface.
They can be pasted on any smooth or slightly rough surface: walls, kitchen fronts, furniture, glass, mirrors, wood, plastics, stainless steel, aluminum, tiles, appliances, shower screen ... It is very important that the surface where you go to paste it clean and dry.

They can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
VINYL WALLS AND HEADBOARDS
What material are they made of?
They are made of 2.8 mm thick vinyl. Glue is included to stick it to the wall.
Properties
They have the same properties as vinyl rugs.
How are they placed?
It includes a glue that must be applied to the back of the vinyl. It is then placed on the desired wall.
How are they cleaned?
They can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
ADHESIVE VINYL TEXTILE
What material is it made of?
The material is 100% self-adhesive 0.3mm polyester.
Properties
Fabric texture, no shine. For a warm decoration of flat surfaces, walls and furniture. Easy to fit, washable and easy to remove.
How is it placed?
The material is self-adhesive, you just have to remove the back paper and stick it on the desired surface.
How do you clean?
They can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
GLUING WALLPAPER
What material is it made of?
The material is 0.3mm interior decorative paper, matte finish. The queue is not included in the order.
Properties
Matte finish, easy to clean with a dry cloth.
How is it placed?
The glue has to be applied to the back of the paper and placed on the desired wall.
How do you clean?
They can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
