I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM
We check all orders before sending them. If you have discovered a manufacturing defect or an error in the reference received when opening the order, you must write to us within 14 days, attaching a photo and a comment so that we can assess it and arrange a free collection.
EXCHANGES / PARTIAL RETURNS
You have ordered two or more products, but you want to exchange or return only one of them. No problem, during the return process you can select which products you want to keep and which products you want to return or exchange.
LATE RETURNS
If the deadlines for an exchange or return are exceeded, we will study the case and try to find a good solution, outside the stipulated terms.
